When Charles Darwin stepped ashore on the Galapagos Islands in September 1835, it was the beginning of five weeks that would transform the world of science...
Among many other things, he observed and collected the rich variety of small birds that inhabited the islands. It was not until he returned to London that he realised they were all different, but closely related, species of finch.
He found that, from one single ancestor, 13 different species of finch had evolved, each one uniquely suited to its particular niche. For example, the various species had become adapted for very particular diets that included seeds, insects, flowers and even the blood of seabirds.
This amazing discovery led Darwin to formulate the theory of natural selection:
"To Survive And Prosper Find A Niche That Suits You"
Successful people recognise this of course - it's so plainly obvious it is hardly worth stating ... Yet so few people in property investing actually implement this idea properly that it makes me crazy! They go around in circles wondering why the 'latest' strategy isn't working for them (by the way I know this because I'm a solicitor and people call me almost daily for advice).
So here's the deal. I do a lot of work for charity, and currently I am raising money for the victims of recent terrorist attacks. I am running a non profit charity event on the 18th/19th November where 20 successful property investors will break down and explain their very particular successful "niche strategies" and reveal how they did their most profitable deals including revealing strategy, paperwork, power teams and much more.
To publicise my charity event I am giving away for free 7 amazing case studies of successful niche deals - over 50 pages detailing how the deals were found, the strategy, how it was financed, the financials, any challenges faced and photos. Everything you need to know to start to discover your own niche.
