We are cash buyers and source properties around the UK, normally deal with cash buyers only but willing to speak to other people.

Two possible ways, which ever way you chose, you will use your own solicitor, you need to perform your own diligence on the deals.

a. We source the deal to suit your needs, we negotiate the contract which is then assigned to you on the underline agreement that any NET profits from the deal will be split in the proportion agreed.

You would need to move fast and normally complete within 28 days.

These are the deals that we would buy anyway but can share with other investors for a profit agreement.

b. Possible finders fee, where we source a deal according to your requirements for a fee to be paid UPON completion.

We are a direct customer facing business, we DON'T send mail shots and wish to deal with only a small number of investors.
