Our first speaker is Kim Stones who has written articles in YPN recently on his rent-to-rent strategy. He was doing this stuff whilst we were all training on the Mastermind Program!! Now he has taken it to the next level and I had the opportunity to spend 1/2 a day with him looking at his model in Doncaster. Kim is a also a regular contributor on the Tycoon forum and Property tribes. Kim will talk about “Rent-to-Rent Strategy for maximum monthly profits”

Our second speaker is Nick Carlile who recently spoke at the Landlords and Property Investor Show in London and has been “in Property” since the age of 16 so knows a thing or two. He is a a co-founder of the Property Franchise group Platinum Property Partners who specialise in HMOs. Nicks talk will be: “The 7 Biggest Mistakes by Property Investors and How to Avoid Them”
